Colonial Tours of Annapolis utilizes guides with experience and personality. We ensure each guide is of the highest quality, offering an enjoyable and entertaining walk through Maryland history. Your guide will be clad in period accurate clothing, will present history in a professional way, and will be able to explain what life was like during Annapolis' Golden Age, when we were known as the "Paris of America."
William Ridgley Sr. aka "Billy Lee" has been guiding since 2013, starting as a docent at the Hammond-Harwood House and conducting walking tours in Annapolis. He currently performs living history during Washington crossing the Delaware on Christmas Day. William grew up in Annapolis and graduated from Annapolis Senior High.

Webster Wright Jr, aka ​Web, is a Graduate of the United States Naval Academy class of’64. During his career in the US Navy he received 41 Combat Awards including two Distinguished Flying Crosses, Vietnamese Air Gallantry Cross, 27 Air Medals plus the Purple Heart. He was a helicopter gunship pilot, Vietnam also ground and riverine combat. Since retiring as a Naval Officer Web has had four decades of photographing people in 33 countries. He has been a teacher, Instructor, Lecturer and Coach at the US Naval Academy. Where his teams have been World and National Champion in international rifle shooting.
